Het bouwteam heeft als taak de voorbereiding van het Project zodanig te doen verlopen dat dit resulteert in een voor de Opdrachtgever technisch, esthetisch en functioneel aanvaardbaar ontwerp, neergelegd in een goedgekeurd Definitief Ontwerp en Uitvoeringsontwerp, inclusief technische beschrijvingen en de bijbehorende tekeningen. De geselecteerde opdrachtnemer krijgt als eerste en enige het recht om een prijsaanbieding voor realisatie te doen.
