Description

De gemeente Enschede als aanbestedende dienst, wil één opdrachtnemer contracteren voor het vervangen van de bestaande vuilwaterriolering en het herinrichten van de verschillende brinken binnen Het Lang. Het project houdt in: De wijk het Lang, gelegen in Wesselerbrink ten zuidwesten van Enschede, bestaat uit woningen die dateren van eind jaren 60, begin jaren 70. In deze wijk staan diverse opgaven op de planning, zoals het vervangen van het gemeentelijke vuilwaterriool en het warmtenet van Ennatuurlijk. Ook moet de ondergrondse infrastructuur van Enexis (gas en elektriciteit) en Vitens (water) verzwaard en/of gesaneerd worden. Daarnaast moeten veel woningen gerenoveerd en/of verduurzaamd worden. Al deze opgaven maken dat in de wijk Het Lang een uitdagende opgave is ontstaan waarvoor afstemming tussen alle partijen van essentieel belang is. De gemeente Enschede is voornemens om alle opgaves binnen de wijk Het Lang samen aan te pakken (integrale wijkaanpak).
