De huidige overeenkomst voor de brandverzekering voor 6 VVE’s die hieronder genoemd worden en de inboedelverzekering voor de Pandhuisdienst lopen op 1 januari 2027 af. - VVE Leyweg; - VVE Wittebrug; - VVE Leidschenveen/Ypenburg; - VVE Stadhuiscomplex; - VVE Sportcampus Zuiderpark; - VVE Stadion ADO Den Haag en - Inboedel SZW Pandhuisdient. Doelstelling is om per perceel een brandverzekering af te sluiten met zoveel opdrachtnemers als nodig, om te komen tot de volledige dekking van de verzekeringen. Het is Inschrijvers toegestaan op meerdere percelen in te schrijven en gegund te krijgen. Betreft een stadskantoor (Escamp), bibliotheek, parkeergarage en appartementen. Deze verzekering omvat gezamenlijke appartementseigenaren van het gebouw, plaatselijk bekend als Leyweg 807, 809, 811 en 813.; Betreft een stadsdeelkantoor (Segbroek), bibliotheek, parkeergarage, winkelruimten en appartementen. Deze verzekering omvat gezamenlijke appartementseigenaren van het gebouw, plaatselijk bekend als Fahrenheitstraat 188 t/m 198, Weimarstraat 353, Govert Bidloostraat 6 t/m 18, 20 t/24 en Valkenboslaan 173 D.; Betreft een stadsdeelkantoor, parkeergarage, politiekantoor. Naast de opstal heeft deze VvE ook een bedrag aan bedrijfsinventaris verzekerd.; Betreft goederen op declaratiebasis (exclusief verrekenbare B.T.W.), bestaande uit beleende onderpanden, zoals sieraden, bewerkte en onbewerkte edele metalen en gezette en ongezette edelgesteenten, zich bevindende in de gebouwen, gelegen Korte Lombardstraat 7.
