Geïnteresseerd? Aanmelden voor het eerste schouwmoment op 1 april kan via: centrum2030@helmond.nl Nu de Watertoren terug in handen van de gemeente Helmond is, doet zich een unieke kans voor. Wie maakt dit karakteristieke gebouw toegankelijk voor het brede publiek? Verrijk het centrum met uw invulling van de watertoren. Het doel is om een partij te vinden die de watertoren gaat exploiteren en onderhouden via erfpachtconstructie. De partij kan eerst de watertoren verbouwen en krijgt daarna voor 20 jaar het recht om de watertoren te exploiteren. En daarmee een nieuwe en waardevolle rol geeft binnen de gemeenschap. Waarbij de historische en architectonische waarde behouden blijft.  N.v.t. De watertoren verbouwen en exploiteren.
