De opdracht omvat de grootschalige renovatie van Het College Vos in Vlaardingen. Stichting Openbare Scholengroep Vlaardingen Schiedam (kortweg: OSVS) is voornemens een overeenkomst aan te gaan voor de vernieuw-bouw voor 40 jaar van een vmbo-school van circa 6.050 m2 bvo. Het College Vos is een middelbare school met circa 400 leerlingen die op basis-en kaderberoepsgericht niveau les krijgen. Het gebouw van Het College Vos is sterk verouderd en voldoet niet langer aan de huidige eisen (op het gebied van onderwijsinhoud, techniek en functionaliteit). Daarom is ervoor gekozen om het gebouw grootschalig te renoveren voor een levensduur verlenging van 40 jaar. OSVS zoekt een partij die samen met haar onderaannemers in interactie met de opdrachtgever en het ontwerpteam bijdraagt aan de uitvoering van het project, waarbij de opdrachtnemer verantwoordelijk is voor uitvoering van de fijn sloop, bouwkundige werkzaamheden, de w-installaties, de e-installaties en de vaste inrichtingen. .
