Description

De opdracht betreft het leveren, inrichten en onderhouden van een integraal toegangscontrolesysteem. Hieronder valt het inrichten en ter beschikking stellen van een beheersysteem en het realiseren van koppelingen met andere systemen, zoals slagbomen, toegangssystemen van verhuurders en printers. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht de levering en installatie van alle benodigde hardware, waaronder deurcontrollers, deurbeslag, sluitmechanismen en taglezers, evenals toegangsmiddelen voor medewerkers. De opdrachtnemer verzorgt tevens projectcoördinatie, afstemming met ketenpartners, advisering, training en - indien van toepassing - het verwijderen van bestaande systemen. Tot slot omvat de opdracht onderhoud, advies en afspraken over toekomstige uitbreidingen van het systeem.
