Wij zijn op zoek naar één (1) leverancier die ons vanaf 1 september 2026 (verwachte startdatum contract) kan voorzien van de volgende zaken: De opdracht betreft dienstverlening rondom de technische infrastructuur van het datawarehouse en aanvullende dienstverlening. De volgende werkzaamheden maken onderdeel uit van de opdracht:   Het inrichten van een application landingzone binnen de BVO tenant, bestaande uit ontwikkel-, acceptatie- en productie omgeving (inclusief code repositories en CI/CD release mechanismes) met:  Het cloud data warehouse moet voldoen aan beveiligingseisen die minimaal in lijn zijn met de geldende wet en regelgeving (o.a. AVG/GDPR) en relevante beveiligingsstandaarden, passend bij de kritieke risico classificatie (weging data-impact = zeer hoog/ kritiek x dienst-kriticiteit = hoog). Performance is zodanig adequaat, dat de inrichting en beschikbare resources in de landing zone geen merkbare negatieve invloed hebben op de performance. ETL processen en rapportages zijn afgerond binnen acceptabele wachttijd.  Deze application landing zone dient maximaal overdraagbaar te zijn na afloop of beëindiging contract (geen lock-in bij de IT partner) naar een andere IT-partner en zal op de omgeving van BVO NL zelf draaien. Dit vraagt eisen aan documentatie, infrastructure as a code en duidelijke exit strategie.  Het adequaat technisch beheren van de application landing zone binnen de BVO tenant en bijbehorende resources door de leverancier. Hierbij zal het functioneel beheer (bestaande uit het beheren van data pipelines, ETL, databases en rapportages) door BVO NL zelf uitgevoerd worden. Overig beheer wordt binnen scope van de opdracht geplaatst, waaronder ook de DevOps omgeving inclusief de deployment pipelines.  Doorontwikkeling: in een partnership (proactief) adviseren over toekomstige uitbreidingen/wijzigingen en deze ook vervolgens projectmatig uitvoeren bij innovaties, nieuwe behoeftes en groei.  Voor de application landing zone die leverancier inricht in de tenant van BVO NL zijn Azure-resources nodig. Deze worden door BVO apart afgenomen buiten deze aanbesteding (in de software-broker -broker overeenkomst of via de Tenant beheerder). De wijze van inrichting (ook in de beheerfase) en keuze voor welk abonnementsvorm is bepalend voor de hoogte van de kosten. Kosten controle en kostenbeheersing uitvoeren op de resources uit de cloud (momenteel Azure) en advies geven over een kostenefficiënte inrichting en abonnementsvorm zijn daarom onderdeel van deze opdracht  Op afroep adviseren bij inrichting (oa. rondom performance optimalisatie) van pipelines, ETL, database.
