Description

De opdracht betreft de aanschaf, het onderhoud en de ondersteuning van toekomstbestendige audiovisuele apparatuur voor de vergaderzalen van de gemeenteraad van Almere. Deze opdracht is verdeeld in drie onlosmakelijk verbonden clusters. De opdracht betreft het opnieuw inrichten van de Raadzaal en de Commissiezalen (D2) - zaal Stad, zaal Buiten en zaal Haven - met moderne audiovisuele apparatuur, die zowel toekomstgericht als toekomstbestendig is. Deze apparatuur wordt multifunctioneel ingezet en sluit aan bij de veranderde behoeften van hybride vergaderen, digitale toegankelijkheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Toekomstgerichte technologieën bieden ruimte voor uitbreiding en innovatie, terwijl toekomstbestendige oplossingen zorgen voor betrouwbaarheid en compatibiliteit gedurende de gehele looptijd van de overeenkomst.
