Description

RE is voornemens de huidige KLM-vrachtgebouwen 1-3 te verplaatsen om ruimte te creëren voor de verdere ontwikkeling van Schiphol Centrum. Ter vervanging realiseert SRE een nieuwe cargoterminal voor KLM op Schiphol Oost. Het betreft een modern en duurzaam vrachtgebouw met een omvang van circa 70.000 tot 80.000 m², ontworpen om de cargo operaties van KLM voor de lange termijn optimaal te ondersteunen. De opdrachtomschrijving betreft de installatietechnische uitwerking vanaf het SO (Schets Ontwerp) op basis van het Programma van Eisen (hierna te noemen PvE) en Conceptueel Design, opgesteld in samenwerking met de toekomstig huurder, tot en met een integraal aanbesteding gereed ontwerp (TO) inclusief bestek. De metrages van het gebouw zullen liggen tussen 70.000 en 80.000 m2. Voorts behoren tot de werkzaamheden onder meer: • Het faciliteren van het verkrijgen en bevorderen van een positieve besluitvorming bij zowel opdrachtgever als huurder ten aanzien van fase afronding en ontwerpvoorstellen; • Betrokkenheid gedurende de bouwfase tot en met oplevering en nazorg; • Beschikbaarheid om wijzigingen in het ontwerp door te voeren; • Ontwerpen binnen de kaders: minimaal BREEAM excellent, eisen voor Milieu Prestatie Gebouwen, Energie Neutraal en Circluariteitsindex nader te bepalen; • Aansluiting van het gebouw op de inrichting van het te bebouwen terreinoppervlak; • Zorgdragen voor installatietechnische ondersteuning bouwdirectie. • Ondersteuning van Directievoering en toezicht. • Opdrachtnemer vervaardigd en controleert met de overige adviseurs de werktekeningen ten behoeve van de uitvoering; • Het veiligheids- en beveiligingsconcept wordt, indien van toepassing, in samenspraak met SRE geformuleerd. De Opdracht bestaat onder meer uit de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden: De toekomstig Opdrachtnemer en de te contracteren adviseurs zullen nauw samenwerken met de specialisten van SRE. Een exacte demarcatie van de werkzaamheden zal worden bijgesloten bij de Uitnodiging tot Inschrijving. SRE is voornemens de gehele ontwerpopdracht op te dragen, maar de Opdracht wordt in de volgende zeven deelfasen verstrekt conform DNR2011: Schets Ontwerp, Voorlopig Ontwerp, Definitief Ontwerp, Technisch Ontwerp, Omgevingsvergunning en aanbesteding en uitvoeringsfase. Tijdens deze fase zal de installatieadviseur de uitvoeringsdocumenten van de installateurs controleren. SRE behoudt zich het recht voor om (onderdelen van) de Opdracht aan te passen, alsmede om één of meer delen van de Opdracht uiteindelijk niet te verstrekken
