Description

Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe nodigt marktpartijen uit om samen te werken binnen de raamovereenkomst Inspectie, Keuring en Reparatie van Hijs- en Hefmiddelen. We zoeken partners die niet alleen vakbekwaam zijn in het inspecteren, keuren en repareren van hijs- en hefmiddelen, maar ook willen investeren in een duurzame, open en betrouwbare samenwerking. Het gaat om zowel periodieke keuringen en onderhoud als ad-hoc reparaties buiten reguliere planning. Er is geen maximum gesteld aan het aantal raamcontractanten binnen de raamovereenkomst; iedere Inschrijver die voldoet (zie Hoofdstuk 4) komt in aanmerking voor toelating. Op basis van historische uitgaven wordt de omvang van de opdracht geraamd op circa €100.000 (exclusief btw) per jaar. Voor de gehele looptijd van de overeenkomst wordt de totale geraamde omvang gesteld op circa €600.000 (exclusief btw). Ter dekking van mogelijke onvoorziene kosten is bij de raming een marge van 100% toegepast, wat resulteert in een plafondbedrag van €1.200.000 (exclusief btw) voor de gehele looptijd van de opdracht. Voor de werking van de raamovereenkomst en het plaatsen van nadere opdrachten wordt verwezen naar paragraaf H2.8. De genoemde omvang is uitsluitend bedoeld als indicatie; opdrachtnemers kunnen hieraan op geen enkele wijze rechten ontlenen.
