De gemeente Rotterdam is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van een breed en divers wagenpark, bestaande uit personenauto’s, bedrijfswagens, specialistische voertuigen en zwaar materieel. Voor het veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt inzetbaar houden van deze voertuigen is een continue beschikbaarheid van hoogwaardige auto- en truckmaterialen , smeermiddelen en vloeistoffen noodzakelijk. De huidige contracten voor de levering van deze materialen lopen binnenkort af. Om de continuïteit van onderhoud, reparaties en bedrijfsvoering te kunnen waarborgen, is het noodzakelijk om tijdig een nieuwe Opdracht in de markt te zetten. Daarnaast sluiten de bestaande overeenkomsten niet meer volledig aan op de actuele behoefte, technische ontwikkelingen én de wens om de beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid van onderdelen verder te verbeteren. Betrouwbare levering van b[RSd(1] [SK2] eschikbare onderdelen voor dagelijks onderhoud aan personen- en bestelwagens.; Betrouwbare levering van onderdelen voor zwaar materieel en specialistische voertuigen.; Betrouwbare levering van accu’s met een hoge levensduur en snelle levering om stilstand te minimaliseren.; Betrouwbare levering [RSd(1] van kwalitatief hoogwaardige oliën, vetten en vloeistoffen, passend bij moderne voertuigen en emissienormen.; Specialistische onderdelen voor voertuigen uit de DAF-vloot, met korte levertijden en zekerheid van compatibiliteit. Het gaat om Originele voertuigonderdelen die door de oorspronkelijke fabrikant of diens leverancier is gemaakt en identiek zijn aan de delen die oorspronkelijk in het voertuig werden ingebouwd . De opdrachtnemer beschikt over een eigen werkplaats voor onderhoud en is erkend DAF-reparateur, waarmee hij in staat is DAF-voertuigen te onderhouden en te repareren conform de geldende OEM-specificaties.
