In de raamovereenkomst is een maximale contractwaarde van 5.200 aluminium lichtmasten opgenomen. Opdrachtgever benadrukt dat de maximale contractwaarde geen omzetgarantie is en hier los van staat, Opdrachtnemer kan aan het genoemde aantal geen rechten ontlenen
