Description

De gemeente Velsen streeft naar een toekomstbestendige, planmatige en beheersbare inrichting van de vervanging en aanschaf van het gemeentelijke wagenpark. In de gewenste situatie worden voertuigen niet langer incidenteel en ad hoc aangeschaft, maar vindt vervanging plaats op basis van een meerjarige aanpak met structurele contractuele afspraken en strategische samenwerking met leveranciers. De gemeente sluit per perceel maximaal drie raamovereenkomsten af met leveranciers voor de levering van voertuigen en aanverwant materieel. Binnen deze raamovereenkomsten worden nadere opdrachten verstrekt via minicompetities. Zie verder het Aanbestedingsdocument voor alle overige informatie.
