Description

Het doel van deze Opdracht is het verwerven en - gezamenlijk met de Opdrachtnemer - het onderhouden van 75 nieuwe één richting Tramvoertuigen ter vervanging van een deel van het bestaande tramtype Combino van Siemens (serie 13G en 14G) welke series in de komende jaren aan het eind van hun technische en/of economische levensduur komen. De beoogde startdatum van de Opdracht is Q4 2027 / Q1 2028 en de vervanging van de bestaande series 13G en 14G moet uiterlijk vanaf 1 juli 2032 plaatsvinden. De Basisbestelling omvat onder meer de volgende items: 1. 75 éénrichting (1-R) Tramvoertuigen (ontwerpen, bouwen, testen, rijklaar leveren). 2. Mock-up (1:1) van voorste geleding incl. cabine en passagiersruimte. 3. Initiële reservedelen en strategische delen met definitieve lijsten conform EN 50126 fase 6 (ontwerpfase). 4. Speciale gereedschappen incl. beheer- en diagnosesoftware gedurende de Fleet Life Cycle. 5. Inputs voor huidige rijsimulatoren, inclusief updates gedurende de Fleet Life Cycle. 6. Uitgebreide Documentatie voor exploitatie, beheer en onderhoud (waaronder schema’s, handleidingen, inclusief revisies) en updates gedurende Fleet Life Cycle. 7. Opleidingen (exploitatie, beheer en onderhoud) 8. Toelating conform eisen beheerder lokaal spoor. 9. Licenties (software/IP) gedurende Fleet Life Cycle. 10. Escrow-overeenkomsten inclusief up-to-date houden gedurende de Fleet Life Cycle. 11. Voertuig-ICT op basis van GIVA-architectuur, cybersecurity, testopstellingen, software-updates gedurende Fleet Life Cycle. 12. After Sales Services voor bovengenoemde items gedurende de Fleet Life Cycle. 13. Een LTSA met een eerste contracttermijn van 9 jaar na het aflopen van de algemene garantietermijn. Daarna kan GVB gebruikmaken van twee verlengingsopties van elk 9 jaar. 14. Raamovereenkomst grote (revisie) onderhoudsbeurten voor de Fleet Life Cycle.
