Description

1. De levering en het beheer van een nog te ontwikkelen en/of configureren platform of /applicatie waarin de kwalificatiestructuur MBO ontwikkeld en beheerd kan worden. De applicatie/het platform moet op basis van SaaS worden aangeboden. Dit betreft de volgende onderdelen: • Informatieanalyse/database ontwerp • Functioneel domein Zoeken/browsen • Functioneel domein Creëren/bewerken • Functioneel domein Workflow beheersen • Functioneel domein Exporteren • Functioneel domein Analyseren/rapporteren • Migratie van bestaande data naar DoK • Integraties met bestaande componenten van SBB. 2. Het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling/configuratie, de implementatie en de integraties benodigd t.b.v. de onder punt 1 benoemde applicatie DoK. 3. Het doorontwikkelen van DoK n.a.v. toekomstige ontwikkelingen intern of extern en/of op basis van gebruikerswensen. Op basis van uurtarieven in het prijzenblad. 1.100.000,00 De onderhavige aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het Digitaal ontwikkelsysteem Kwalificatiestructuur mbo (DOK). De gewenste applicatie DoK moet in staat zijn om SBB te ondersteunen in het uitvoeren van haar wettelijke taak, namelijk het ontwikkelen, onderhouden en publiceren van de kwalificatiestructuur mbo en alle onderliggende elementen die daarmee in relatie staan. Het doel van de aanbesteding is te komen tot een overeenkomst met één (1) leverancier.
