De doelstelling van deze aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van één leverancier voor een geïntegreerd, veilig en toekomstbestendig e HRM en salarisverwerkingssysteem dat de HR-organisatie van Aventus ondersteunt bij het efficiënt, betrouwbaar en digitaal uitvoeren van alle HR-processen. Het systeem moet bijdragen aan verdere digitalisering, procesoptimalisatie en het beschikbaar stellen van kwalitatief hoogwaardige managementinformatie, zodat medewerkers, leidinggevenden en HR-professionals effectief en met vertrouwen kunnen werken met een gebruiksvriendelijk systeem, volledig conform geldende wet en regelgeving en met oog voor toekomstige, organisatorische en technologische ontwikkelingen.
