De scope van deze opdracht betreft licenties voor standaard software. Onder licenties voor standaard software wordt verstaan: voor algemeen gebruik ontwikkelde programmatuur die niet exclusief aan de VRH beschikbaar wordt gesteld, op basis van gebruiksrechten. De VRH gebruikt standaard software voor de kantoorautomatisering, ondersteunende processen en als ondersteuning van de dienstverlening. Omvang afhankelijk van werkelijke afname en prijsontwikkeling licenties.
