De opdracht omvat het leveren, implementeren en gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst exploiteren van één integraal raadsinformatiesysteem (RIS) als Software as a Service (SaaS)-oplossing. De leverancier is verantwoordelijk voor hosting, technisch beheer, onderhoud, updates en beveiliging van het systeem.
