Netherlands - Software and information systems - Supply, implementation and maintenance of an Identity and Access Management system

The contract covers the supply, implementation, configuration and management of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, including migration of the current authorisation structure from G4Gem, a database in which it is registered, configuration according to the functional design and realisation of the required integrations. The IAM system must include components for joiner, mover and leaver automation, requesting, approving and delegating process roles and individual authorisations, and authorisation management of authorisations, process roles and HR attributes. Integrations include the YouForce HR system, Active Directory, ITSM Topdesk, email services, the data warehouse and Microsoft Entra ID for single sign-on. The system will serve around 3,000 identities, with a bandwidth of 20% more or fewer, and inactive identities are not charged. The contract term, including extension options, is 18 years.
