Description

De Aanbestedende dienst heeft de behoefte om één (1) Raamovereenkomst aan te gaan voor de levering van Microsoft 365 licenties en Microsoft Azure diensten. Voor deze opdracht wenst de Aanbestedende dienst één (1) leverancier te contracteren die Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) en een Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) is. De Aanbestedende dienst wenst deze contractering te laten verlopen conform de voorwaarden zoals vastgesteld tussen Microsoft en VNG (bijlage D). Het framework GT Microsoft bestaat uit juridische en commerciële voorwaarden op basis van het licentiemodel van Microsoft. De voorwaarden zoals hierin vastgelegd zijn van toepassing op onderhavige opdracht. Van de leverancier wordt verwacht dat zij kennis heeft van de markt zodat de leverancier de opdrachtgever op juiste wijze kan adviseren over de ontwikkelingen in de markt, licenties, licentievormen en aantallen. De leverancier dient ervoor te zorgen dat de opdrachtgever compliant blijft aan de Microsoftlicentievoorwaarden. - - -
