De opdracht betreft het ter beschikking stellen van een geïntegreerd Financieel, Inkoop, Verkoop, HRM en salarisadministratie systeem als SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), hierna: ‘het systeem’. Onderdelen van de dienstverlening zijn de levering, implementatie, inrichting, conversie, training- en opleiding en onderhoud van het systeem inclusief service en support. Het functioneel beheer betreft onderdeel van de taken van Opdrachtgever, en valt daarmee buiten de scope van de opdracht. Circa 2600 medewerkers.
