Description

De Opdracht omvat het leveren, implementeren, begeleiden en onderhouden van één (1) centraal E-HRM-systeem. Het E-HRM-systeem moet door de Leverancier op 1 januari 2027 volledig operationeel worden opgeleverd, inclusief - Training, consultancy en nazorg; - Datamigratie/-Conversie vanuit het huidige systeem naar het nieuwe systeem. De VRFGV beraadt zich op het intern of extern (laten) uitvoeren van salarisverwerking. Op dit moment wordt dit door de VRFGV uitbesteed. Het uitvoeren van salarisverwerkingstaken behoort tot de scope van de Opdracht met de kanttekening dat VRFGV tijdens de looptijd van de Overeenkomst zicht het recht voorbehoud om salarisverwerking zelf (intern) uit te gaan voeren. Zie Beschrijvend Document voor meer informatie over de Opdracht. Voor de implementatiefase geldt een plafondbedrag van € 200.000 excl. BTW. Voor de exploitatiefase geldt een bedrag van € 280. excl.
