Description

De gemeente Heerenveen zoekt een softwareoplossing ter ondersteuning van de schulddienstverlening. De applicatie moet het team helpen inwoners effectief te begeleiden richting een schuldenvrije toekomst. Gezocht wordt een backofficeapplicatie, bij voorkeur met klantportaal, die kan koppelen met o.a. BRP, Schuldenknooppunt, VISH en Decos. De oplossing moet klant- en procesinformatie inzichtelijk maken, signaleringen mogelijk maken, procesgericht werken ondersteunen en managementinformatie leveren. Naast wettelijke taken voert de gemeente ook preventieve ondersteuning uit, zoals vroegsignalering en budgetcoaching. Zie 1.6 van de leidraad.
