Description

Het doel van deze Opdracht is het bereiken van een optimale balans tussen tevredenheid van interne gebruikers, studenten, bezoekers en medewerker(s) van Opdrachtnemers enerzijds en een goede kostenverhouding anderzijds. De Opdrachtnemers dragen zorg voor schone, representatieve en goed onderhouden gebouwen, waarbij zowel de reguliere schoonmaakdienstverlening, het specialistisch vloeronderhoud als het leveren en beheren van sanitaire artikelen bijdragen aan een positieve gebruikersbeleving en een hygiënische, veilige verblijfs- en werkomgeving. De scope van de opdracht is het uitvoeren van schoonmaakdienstverlening, het leveren van sanitaire artikelen (hardware en verbruiksartikelen) met bijbehorende dienstverlening en het verzorgen van specialistisch vloeronderhoud. Buiten scope van de opdracht is de uitvoer van glasbewassing. Het verzorgen van schoonmaakdienstverlening op basis van een hybride contractvorm, waarin resultaatgerichte en inspanningsgerichte uitgangspunten worden gecombineerd. Voor de dagelijkse schoonmaakwerkzaamheden kiest de Opdrachtgever voor een resultaatgerichte benadering, waarbij zo min mogelijk schoonmaakhandelingen worden voorgeschreven en de Opdrachtnemer ruimte krijgt om de werkzaamheden naar eigen inzicht uit te voeren. Hierbij staat het afgesproken schoonmaakresultaat ofwel kwaliteitsniveau centraal.; Het leveren van sanitaire artikelen (hardware en verbruiksartikelen) met bijbehorende dienstverlening; Het laagfrequent reinigen en onderhouden van de vloeren (met uiteenlopende afwerkingen). Van Opdrachtnemer wordt een advies- en signaleringsfunctie verwacht inzake uit te voeren werkzaamheden en methodes, inclusief preventief en correctief onderhoud rondom schade en herstelwerkzaamheden.
