Description

De scope van de opdracht ziet op dienstverlening van schoonmaak, glasbewassing en dieptereiniging. Levering van sanitaire artikelen valt buiten de scope. Goede communicatie met de Opdrachtnemer is een belangrijk vereiste voor iHub. De opdracht heeft betrekking op 69 locaties. iHub beschikt over residentiële locaties, scholen, kantoren, wooneenheden en ambulante zorglocaties. De locaties zijn in bruikleen van de gemeente, worden gehuurd of zijn eigendom van iHub. Het kan voorkomen dat gedurende de looptijd van het contract locaties afgestoten worden. Hier is echter op het moment van publicatie nog geen duidelijkheid over. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van twee (2) overeenkomsten met twee (2) verschillende Opdrachtnemers voor de schoonmaakdienstverlening. De opdracht is als volgt ingedeeld: • Perceel 1: Noord. Voor dit perceel wordt één (1) Opdrachtnemer gecontracteerd voor de dienstverlening van schoonmaak, glasbewassing en dieptereiniging. Dit perceel bevat 27 locaties. Zie hiervoor het Programma van Eisen. • Perceel 2: Zuid. Voor dit perceel wordt één (1) Opdrachtnemer gecontracteerd voor de dienstverlening van schoonmaak, glasbewassing en dieptereiniging. Dit perceel bevat 42 locaties. Zie hiervoor het Programma van Eisen. Inschrijver kan op twee (2) percelen inschrijven, maar krijgt maximaal één (1) perceel gegund. Inschrijver moet de voorkeur voor een perceel aangeven. Perceel 1: Noord. Voor dit perceel wordt één (1) Opdrachtnemer gecontracteerd voor de dienstverlening van schoonmaak, glasbewassing en dieptereiniging. Dit perceel bevat 27 locaties.
