Description

De gemeente Utrecht wil een Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer sluiten voor het beheren, onderhouden en, wanneer nodig, vervangen en uitbreiden van (bestaande) hardware- en software-beveiligingscomponenten, al dan niet gekoppeld aan het meldkamersysteem Prismata van de gemeente Utrecht volgens éénduidige uniforme afspraken. Uitbreidingen van beveiligingssystemen zijn als projectmatige realisaties onderdeel van deze Opdracht. Het betreft componenten en software ten behoeve van het: • Video Management Systeem (VMS); • Toegangscontrolesysteem (TCS); • Intercom Systeem (ICS); • Inbraak Detectie Systeem (IDS); • Sleutelkasten. Onderdeel van de Opdracht is dat aanpassingen aan de hierboven genoemde systemen op de juiste manier worden uitgevoerd, zodat deze integraal worden verwerkt in het meldkamersysteem Prismata, waarvan het beheer en onderhoud ligt bij CroonWolter&Dros B.V. De geraamde omvang van de opdracht bedraagt € 9.750.000,00 excl. btw. Dit bedrag omvat het jaarlijks preventief en correctief onderhoud van de beveiligingssystemen op de 19 locaties, tezamen met de verwachte projectmatige werkzaamheden - waaronder grootschalige aanpassingen, kantooruitbreidingen en vervangingen van componenten - alsmede de initiële implementatie. De genoemde waarde betreft een indicatieve raming op basis van de huidige systemen en verwachte projecten gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst. Hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
