Description

Via deze Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure zijn wij voornemens één (1) Opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor het uitvoeren van technisch en bouwkundig onderhoud aan gemeentelijk vastgoed. De hoofddoelstelling is de opdracht is het waarborgen van een veilige, gezonde en functionele omgeving voor gebruikers, onomkeerbare schade aan het gemeentelijk vastgoed voorkomen (kapitaalsvernietiging) en het behouden en optimaliseren van de vastgoedwaarde van de panden. De opdracht wordt gegund aan de inschrijver met de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding (60%/40%). Gezien de samenhang tussen de werkzaamheden is het niet wenselijk om deze opdracht op te delen in percelen. De beoogde ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 januari 2027.
