TenneT is voornemens om een (Europese) aanbesteding te starten met betrekking tot het technisch beheer en onderhoud aan niet kritisch vastgoed zoals; kantoren, projectlocaties en warehouses, met als doel om één of meerdere nieuwe raamovereenkomst(en) voor deze scope af te sluiten met een (select aantal) marktpartij(en). Voordat de (Europese) aanbesteding zal starten, wenst TenneT een marktconsultatie te houden. Door middel van een marktconsultatie wil TenneT een georganiseerde informatie-uitwisseling tot stand brengen met geïnteresseerde partijen over bovengenoemde aanbesteding. In voorbereiding op de (Europese) aanbesteding wil TenneT door middel van deze marktconsultatie de marktpartijen bevragen om de huidig gekozen richting / gestelde eisen te toetsen en deze tevens aan te vullen met opmerkingen vanuit de marktpartijen. Aan de hand van de opgedane informatie en inzichten stelt TenneT de scope, haalbaarheid en randvoorwaarden vast
