Description

De gemeente Etten-Leur heeft in het centrum van Etten-Leur een ondergrondse parkeergarage met een capaciteit van 1000 parkeerplaatsen. De gemeente is voornemens de bestaande verlichting te vervangen door LED-verlichting, deze deels uit te breiden waar nodig en een bijbehorend meerjarig onderhoudsplan te laten opstellen. Gedurende de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden zal de parkeergarage in gebruik blijven. Het is dus belangrijk dat veiligheid en overlast zoveel mogelijk beperkt blijft. Met de toepassing van LED-armaturen levert de gemeente een bijdrage aan de te bereiken doelstellingen op het gebied van energiebesparing. Ook geeft deze vervanging meer zichtbaarheid in de parkeergarage. De werkzaamheden bestaan in hoofdzaak uit: - Het leveren en vervangen van alle bestaande armaturen door LED-verlichting; - Het uitbreiden van de bestaande verlichtingsinstallatie volgens bijgevoegd verlichtingsplan; - Het installeren van een bedieningsinstallatie/paneel; - Het bedrijfsklaar opleveren van de verlichtingsinstallatie; - Het aanleveren van revisiegegevens; - Het opstellen van een meerjarig onderhoudsplan (15 jaar) t.b.v de LED-verlichting. Voor de uitvoering dient van de bestaande infrastructuur te worden uitgegaan. Uitzondering hierop is de uitbreiding van de bestaande verlichtingsinstallatie volgens verlichtingsplan. De volgende hoeveelheden zijn van toepassing: Conform het Prijzenblad met hoeveelheden (Bijlage a) gaat het om het leveren en installeren van in totaal 1310 stuks armaturen.
