Description

Waterschap Hunze en Aa's is voornemens om een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer voor het onderhoud van klimaatbeheerinstallaties. De scope: - Uitvoering van het jaarlijks preventief onderhoud van verwarmingsinstallaties en airco’s op locaties van het Waterschap; - Oplossen van storingen; - Opstellen van rapportages die digitaal opgeleverd dienen te worden en beschikbaar worden gesteld aan het Waterschap; - Werkzaamheden op het gebied van installatietechniek, zoals het omleggen van waterleidingen, vervanging van verwarmingsketels, airco’s en pompen, alsmede het uitvoeren van correctieve acties t.b.v. de hierboven genoemde installaties. De geraamde waarde van de Opdracht wordt geschat op gemiddeld €60.000,- excl. btw per jaar. De maximale waarde van de Raamovereenkomst wordt vastgesteld op €300.000 exclusief btw voor de maximale looptijd van 4 jaar.
