zie bijgevoegd document. De TU Delft heeft een raamovereenkomst met 3 leveranciers voor het onderhoud aan (eigen merk) GBS systemen in de diverse gebouwen op de Campus. De contracten zijn ingegaan per 1-1-2022 na het doorlopen van een Europese aanbesteding. De contracten lopen af per 30-6-2026. Voor de centrale aansturing en bediening van elektrische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties in de diverse gebouwen op de Campus van de TU Delft, zijn meerdere GBS-systemen in gebruik, te weten (status 2025): • Honeywell: 11 gebouwen; • Johnson Controls: 15 gebouwen; • Siemens: 6 gebouwen; Om de risico’s voor het primaire proces te mitigeren, wenst de TU Delft een onderhandelingsprocedure met voorafgaande aankondiging aan te gaan met de huidige leveranciers. Deze aanpak waarborgt zowel de continuïteit van de dienstverlening als de naleving van de geldende aanbestedingsregels. €5.289.256
