Description

Op dit moment wordt een groot deel van het (preventief) onderhoud van de ramps en luiken onder verantwoording van een derde partij gerealiseerd in de dokking periodes. De aanbestedende dienst wil het preventief onderhoud buiten de dokking perioden laten uitvoeren omdat dit plan-technisch voordelen biedt en de afhankelijkheden van andere werkzaamheden reduceert. Het correctief onderhoud vindt vrijewel altijd plaats in de dokkingsperiode. Voor het onderhoud voorziet de Aanbestedende dienst een dienstverleningsovereenkomst (overheidsopdracht) voor een periode van zeven (7) jaar met een (1) Opdrachtnemer. Deze Opdrachtnemer wordt gezien als een partner die in staat is haar dienstverlening te verbeteren door het onderhoud in de meest brede zin met DMI in te regelen, plannen en te optimaliseren gedurende de looptijd van de dienstverleningsovereenkomst.
