Description

RAV Hollands Midden is voornemens de opdracht tot het afsluiten van een nieuw onderhoudscontract voor de Stryker Power-PRO XT brancards, Power-LOAD en Evac-Chairs te gunnen via een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande aankondiging op grond van artikel 2.32, eerste lid, onderdeel b, van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. Uit de officiële Stryker Limited Warranty en schriftelijke bevestiging van Stryker blijkt dat uitsluitend onderhoud door Stryker of een door Stryker geautoriseerde partij de fabrieksgarantie, productaansprakelijkheid en CE-markering in stand houdt. Stryker heeft bevestigd dat er in Nederland geen andere gecertificeerde of geautoriseerde servicepartners beschikbaar zijn. Onderhoud door een niet-geautoriseerde partij leidt tot het vervallen van de garantie en vergroot de veiligheids- en aansprakelijkheidsrisico’s. Er bestaat geen redelijk alternatief. Het onderhoudscontract voor 3 jaar kost (in totaal) € 225.100,84 excl. BTW excl. indexatie.
