De opdracht betreft de levering, monitoring en het onderhoud van medicijnkoelkasten binnen de regio Utrecht. De dienstverlening omvat een geïntegreerd systeem voor vaccinbewaking bestaande uit de levering van vaccinkoelkasten, 24/7 temperatuurmonitoring, een 24/7 bemande meldkamer, alarmopvolging, preventief en correctief onderhoud, validatie van de koelvoorzieningen en een logistieke noodvoorziening bij calamiteiten. Het doel van de opdracht is het waarborgen van een veilige, betrouwbare en ononderbroken opslag van vaccins en daarmee de continuïteit van de publieke vaccinatiezorg. De overeenkomst wordt beoogd te sluiten met één integraal verantwoordelijke opdrachtnemer voor een maximale looptijd van 48 maanden. De opdracht omvat de levering, implementatie, monitoring en het onderhoud van medicijnkoelkasten ten behoeve van de publieke vaccinatiezorg binnen de regio Utrecht. De dienstverlening bestaat uit een geïntegreerd systeem voor vaccinbewaking, inclusief 24/7 temperatuurmonitoring, een 24/7 bemande meldkamer, alarmopvolging, onderhoud, validatie, rapportages en een logistieke noodvoorziening bij calamiteiten.
