Description

Aanleiding en achtergronden van de inkoopbehoefte Bij het RIVM zijn momenteel zes verschillende sequencing-apparaten van Illumina Netherlands B.V. (hierna: Illumina) in gebruik. Deze apparaten zijn destijds rechtmatig middels een Europese aanbestedingsprocedure aangeschaft. Bij deze apparaten zijn destijds geen of beperkt onderhoudscontracten afgesloten. Tot op heden werd er jaarlijks gekeken of en aan welke apparaten onderhoud noodzakelijk was door Illumina. Om één en ander goed vast te leggen wenst het RIVM om een onderhoudscontract af te sluiten voor het onderhoud aan deze zes apparaten tezamen. Scope van de opdracht Eén onderhoudscontract voor de zes reeds door het RIVM aangeschafte sequencing-apparaten van Illumina voor de totale duur van maximaal acht jaar. Niet alle apparatuur zal nog acht jaar meegaan, dus hiermee zal rekening worden gehouden in het contract. Nieuwe apparatuur die zal worden aangeschaft gedurende de looptijd van het contract zal automatisch eveneens onder dit onderhoudscontract vallen.
