Description

De UU beschikt over 22 gasdetectie- en 303 gasdistributiesystemen in de onderhoudsregio’s Oost en West op het Utrecht Science Park (USP). Voor deze systemen willen wij het dagelijks onderhoud aanbesteden. Het doel van het dagelijks onderhoud is om gedurende de levensduur van de installaties deze zo optimaal mogelijk te laten functioneren. De levensduur van de systemen varieert. Gedurende deze periode dient opdrachtnemer het onderhoud uit te voeren, de installaties te reinigen en de feitelijke staat ervan te inventariseren. De opdracht: wat verwachten wij van u? • Preventief onderhoud aan de gasdetectiesystemen, gasdistributiesystemen en bijbehorende Appendages, inclusief wettelijk vereiste inspecties en keuringen; • Aanvullend preventief onderhoud aan de gasdetectiesystemen, gasdistributiesystemen en bijbehorende Appendages; • Correctief onderhoud aan aan de gasdetectiesystemen, gasdistributiesystemen en bijbehorende Appendages; U kunt tot uiterlijk 24 april 2026 om 12:00 uur uw inschrijving indienen via Mercell. Als u uw inschrijving later of op een andere manier indient, dan zijn wij verplicht uw inschrijving terzijde te leggen. Uw inschrijving wordt dan niet beoordeeld en u doet niet meer mee met deze aanbesteding. Perceel 1 bevat de 22 gasdetectiesystemen, welke verspreid zijn over de onderhoudsregio’s Oost en West op het USP.; Perceel 2 bestaat uit de 303 gasdistributiesystemen, welke verspreid zijn over de onderhoudsregio’s Oost en West op het USP.
