Description

Voor het beheer van de gemeenschappelijke delen en installaties is de Vereniging van Eigenaars (VvE) Sportcampus Zuiderpark opgericht, waarin de eigenaren zijn vertegenwoordigd. Op de Sportcampus zijn diverse elektrotechnische-, werktuigbouwkundige-, brandmeld-, omroep-, inbraakbeveiligings- en CCTV-installaties aanwezig. De verantwoordelijkheid voor het beheer en onderhoud van deze installaties ligt deels bij de VvE (voor de gemeenschappelijke installaties) en deels bij de individuele eigenaren en gebruiker voor hun eigen installaties.
