Description

Onderhoud elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties Da Vinci College Het betreft het onderhouden van de elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties in 14 panden van het Da Vinci College. Op basis van de kosten voor preventief onderhoud in de afgelopen jaren is de geraamde waarde € 900.000,- inclusief btw voor de initiële looptijd (drie jaar) van de overeenkomst. Deze raming is echter afhankelijk van de uit te voeren projecten en de frequentie van storingen, waardoor de exacte waarde vooraf niet kan worden vastgesteld. De opdrachtnemer wordt in deze overeenkomst verantwoordelijk gesteld voor het onderhoud aan de E- & W-installaties en de opvolging van storingen, met als doel minimale verstoring van het primaire proces van de gebruikers te garanderen.
