Description

Met deze Europese aanbestedingsprocedure beoogt Opdrachtgever een professionele en betrouwbare Opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor het uitvoeren van schoonmaakdiensten. Het doel van de opdracht is het borgen van een schone, hygiënische en veilige leefomgeving voor bewoners en gebruikers van de locatie, gedurende de volledige looptijd van de overeenkomst. Opdrachtgever streeft daarbij naar een dienstverlening die: flexibel meebeweegt met de gefaseerde ingebruikname van gebouwdelen; aansluit bij een hoge en intensieve gebruiksfrequentie van de locatie; bijdraagt aan een schone, veilige en leefbare woonomgeving; inspeelt op verschillen in gebruik, ruimtetypen en bewonersgroepen; wijzigingen in bezettingsgraad, gebruiksintensiteit en ingebruikname van gebouwdelen adequaat opvangt, waarbij de overeengekomen kwaliteitsniveaus worden gehandhaafd; gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst schaalbaar is. Daarnaast gelden de volgende uitgangspunten: hygiëne en veiligheid zijn structureel geborgd; de dienstverlening is betrouwbaar en voorspelbaar; Opdrachtgever en Opdrachtnemer werken samen op basis van transparantie, proactieve communicatie en gezamenlijk eigenaarschap voor een kwalitatief goede uitvoering van de dienstverlening.
