Description

De aanbesteding betreft de Printdienstverlening ten behoeve van Hogeschool Leiden (hierna te noemen HL). De doelstellingen van deze aanbesteding zijn: - Het selecteren en contracteren van één opdrachtnemer voor de printdienstverlening, passend bij de doelstellingen van HL. - Het vastleggen van heldere afspraken met de gecontracteerde leverancier voor de duur van de overeenkomst. - Voldoen aan MVI aspecten, met de focus op duurzaamheid. De volgende zaken maken onderdeel uit van de scope van deze aanbesteding: - Levering en implementatie van printapparatuur (printers en multifunctionals); - Levering en implementatie van een Cloud-based Printmanagementsysteem; - Onderhoud en support op de hardware en software nodig voor het leveren van de dienstverlening; - Levering van Verbruiksartikelen. De volgende zaken, die in alle redelijkheid onderdeel van de scope hadden kunnen zijn, maken echter expliciet geen onderdeel uit van de scope van deze opdracht: - Standalone scanapparatuur; - Labelprinters; - Grootformaat printers (plotters); - Levering van papier; - Uitbesteed printwerk (repro-opdrachten); - Commercieel drukwerk (briefpapier, enveloppen en marketingmaterialen).
