Deze aanbesteding heeft als doel het selecteren van één leverancier voor de levering, installatie en onderhoud van multifunctionals (print-, scan- en kopieerapparatuur). De beoogde overeenkomst omvat zowel de aankoop van de hardware, als de bijbehorende dienstverlening, inclusief support, monitoring en verbruiksartikelen. De opdracht omvat de levering, installatie en een all-in service voor: • 16x type 1, A3 kleur Multifunctionals met hoge capaciteit voor onze hoofdlocaties; • 68x type 2, A4 Multifunctionals met compacte vormfactor voor decentrale locaties. Deze aanbesteding heeft als doel het selecteren van één leverancier voor de levering, installatie en onderhoud van multifunctionals (print-, scan- en kopieerapparatuur). De beoogde overeenkomst omvat zowel de hardware als de bijbehorende dienstverlening, inclusief support, monitoring en verbruiksartikelen. De opdracht omvat de levering, installatie, implementatie, all-in service, preventief- én correctief onderhoud en levering van toners van: • 16x type 1, A3 kleur Multifunctionals met hoge capaciteit voor onze hoofdlocaties; • 68x type 2, A4 Multifunctionals met compacte vormfactor voor decentrale locaties.
