De IvhO houdt in het belang van ruim 4 miljoen leerlingen en studenten toezicht op het Nederlandse onderwijs. De IvhO gebruikt momenteel Excel voor planning en capaciteitsbeheer van toezichtactiviteiten. Deze werkwijze kent knelpunten: • Gefragmenteerde processen • Foutgevoelig en tijdrovend • Gebrek aan sturingsinformatie • Compliance-risico’s De IvhO wenst haar huidige planning in excel te vervangen door één uniform, digitaal platform dat planning, capaciteitsbeheer, conflictcontrole, en rapportage ondersteunt voor alle sectoren en directies, met aandacht voor gebruiksvriendelijkheid, compliance, en toekomstbestendigheid. In de bijlagen hebben wij 2 documenten toegevoegd waarin meer informatie staat m.b.t. voorgenomen aanbesteden en acties die in het verleden zijn uitgevoerd. Dit betreft een vooraankondiging. De exacte omvang van deze opdracht is nog niet bepaald. De Inspectie van het Onderwijs wenst een langdurige overeenkomst van minimaal 4 jaar en daarna 1 of 2 optiejaren. De exacte looptijd zal worden opgenomen in de toekomstige aanbesteding.
