Description

Het project omvat het vervangen van de verlichting in Werkgebouw Zuid. Werkgebouw Zuid in Apeldoorn is een verzamelgebouw waarin diverse gemeentelijke diensten zijn gevestigd, waaronder de gemeente, de brandweer, de Ambulancezorg Noord- en Oost Gelderland, Kringloopcentrum Foenix en de Algemene Fiets Afhandel Centrale (AFAC). De oppervlakte van het gebouw bedraagt ca. 12.000 m² BVO. De huidige verlichtingsinstallatie is bij de bouw in 2013 aangebracht en bestaat voornamelijk uit TL-verlichting. De opdrachtgever wil alle verlichting vervangen voor energiezuinige Ledverlichting. De voorkeur gaat uit naar een gefaseerde uitvoering van de werkzaamheden, met als uiterlijke opleverdatum oktober 2026.
