Description

Betrouwbare levering van werkplekhardware, smartphones en AV-middelen is essentieel voor de continuïteit van de bedrijfsvoering van ProRail. Lifecycles van apparatuur, het in- en uit dienst treden van medewerkers en ontwikkelende security en privacy vereisten maken het bestellen en tijdig leveren van actuele hardware essentieel voor de uitvoering van de kerntaken van ProRail. Met deze aanbesteding wenst ProRail een of meerdere leverancier(s) te contracteren die de betrouwbare levering van werkplekhardware, smartphones en AV-middelen kan realiseren. Zie leidraad Leveren van end-user hardware De scope van de leveringen binnen de opdracht bevat de volgende elementen. • Het leveren van diverse end-user hardware zoals bijvoorbeeld laptops, desktops, (standaard)beeldschermen, en tablets. • Het leveren van (ARBO geschikte) IT-(rand)apparatuur en accessoires zoals muizen, toetsenborden, printers en headsets. Aanverwante dienstverlening Naast het leveren van end-user hardware omvat de scope ook aanverwante dienstverlening in relatie tot de hardware in deze opdracht. • Het beheer van defecte hardware, waaronder vervanging en/of reparatie van hardware, inclusief het retourneren van hardware die gerepareerd is of niet meer te repareren valt (dit laatste moet via close the Gap afgevoerd worden). Hierbij geldt: Hardware die reeds tot de ProRail Installed base behoort dient te zijn geïncludeerd in deze dienstverlening. • Het stickeren en/of labelen van de hardware • Het op verzoek uitgepakt leveren van de hardware in rolcontainers. • Het op verzoek opvoeren van laptops en desktops in Intune.; Leveren van end-user hardware De scope van de leveringen binnen de opdracht bevat de volgende elementen. • Het leveren van smartphones, inclusief accessoires.
