Description

MUMC+ is voornemens een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor de levering van schouderprothesen ten behoeve van de behandeling van schouderfracturen. Het betreft primair fractuur reverse schouderprothesen (dominant volume) en in beperkte mate hemi schouderprothesen (incidenteel; naar verwachting slechts enkele casussen per jaar). Het totale aantal schouderfracturen wordt geraamd op circa 30 -35 ingrepen per jaar. Waarvan 30 reverse schouderprothesen en 5 hemi schouderprothesen. De opdracht omvat - naast de implantaten - ook het bijbehorende (steriele) instrumentarium, eventuele bruikleen/leen- en omruilvoorzieningen, logistieke ondersteuning en klinische/technische ondersteuning rondom de ingrepen (bijv. OK-ondersteuning en producttraining), conform de aanbestedingsdocumenten. De beoogde looptijd is 3 jaar, met drie eenzijdige optie-jaren van telkens 1 jaar (3 + 1 + 1 +1). De aanbesteding is gericht op één leverancier/contractpartij voor het gehele pakket. Circa 30 -35 ingrepen per jaar waarvan 30 reverse schouderprothesen en 5 hemi schouderprothesen. Het totale aantal schouderfracturen wordt geraamd op maximaal circa 30 - 35 ingrepen per jaar. Waarvan 30 reverse schouderprothesen en 5 hemi schouderprothesen. De opdracht omvat - naast de implantaten - ook het bijbehorende (steriele) instrumentarium, eventuele bruikleen/leen- en omruilvoorzieningen, logistieke ondersteuning en klinische/technische ondersteuning rondom de ingrepen (bijv.
