Description

Deze tender is aangemaakt om de aankondiging van een gegunde opdracht kenbaar te maken. De opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van diensten in het kader van de reiskostenregeling voor Rotterdam Inclusief (medewerkers die onder de cao Sociale Werkvoorziening en de cao Aan de Slag vallen). De nieuwe reiskostenregeling voorziet in het ter beschikking stellen van een RET Regio-jaarabonnement dat volledig door de werkgever wordt bekostigd. Dit past beter bij de medewerkers in de onderkant van het loongebouw die vooral woonachtig en werkzaam zijn in Rotterdam en het is passend bij de duurzaamheidsambities van de gemeente Rotterdam. Deze opdracht is 1 op 1 gegund aan de RET N.V. vanwege het ontbreken van mededinging om technische redenen (artikel 2.32 lid 1 onder b, sub 2 van de Aw). De RET N.V. is de enige partij die het openbaar vervoer in Rotterdam mag exploiteren. Een andere leverancier is niet toegestaan op grond van artikel 19 WP2000.
