Description

Uitvoering van de monitoring van macrozoöbenthos in 2027/2028 tbv de BACI-studie binnen het programma Zand uit Zee van RWS. De werkzaamheden omvatten o.m.: • veldwerk bestaande uit bemonstering van de zeebodem op vooraf vastgestelde locaties; • laboratoriumanalyse van macrozoöbenthos, w.o. determinatie van soorten en biomassa-bepalingen; • verwerking, validatie en oplevering van datasets conform Rijkswaterstaat-standaarden; • rapportage van de onderzoeksresultaten. De monitoring maakt onderdeel uit van een meerjarige BACI-studie naar de ontwikkeling van benthosgemeenschappen in en rond zandwingebieden op de Noordzee en vormt een verplicht onderdeel van de ontgrondingenvergunning voor het MEP Zand uit Zee. Ivm de aard van de werkzaamheden, maritieme omgeving en de daaraan verbonden veiligheidsrisico's is effectieve communicatie in de Nederlandse taal essentieel voor een veilige, doelmatige en kwalitatief verantwoorde uitvoering van de opdracht.
