Dienstverlening Reisagent Dienstreizen AFM Boeken -van internationale vliegtickets incl. zitplaatsreservering, overnachtingen in hotels in het buitenland, internationale treintickets incl. zitplaatsreservering, internationale ferry's, internationale busreizen, - boeken van overnachtingen in hotels in NL indien in combinatie met een dienstreis, groepsreizen, een venue-hotel met prijsafspraken welke is gekoppeld een internationale bijeenkomst. -het doorvoeren van wijzigingen, omboeken en/of annuleren. Aanvullend: autohuur in het buitenland, faciliteren bij aanvragen omtrent reisdocumenten en beschikbaarstelling van 24/7 dienstverlening. Het geven van advies over reisaanvragen, het opstellen van Reisofferte incl. alternatieven, het boeken van een reis. Het faciliteren van een app waarin reizigers informatie en documentatie kunnen delen. De maximale opdrachtwaarde is € 4, 5 miljoen echter is eerder de waarde van € 3,6 miljoen gedeeld en dat is dan ook de maximale opdrachtwaarde die hier gehandhaafd moet worden. Op basis van de historie is het aannemelijk dat € 3 miljoen bedraagt in 6 jaar, + 20 % = € 3,6 miljoen euro.
