Description

Het kabinet heeft als doel gesteld om voor het einde van het jaar 2026 een Noodfonds Energie te openen om mensen met de laagste inkomens en een verhoudingsgewijs hoge energierekening een tegemoetkoming te kunnen verstrekken. Alle huishoudens die kwalificeren voor een tegemoetkoming kunnen deze ook ontvangen. De Opdracht is door middel van een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking (artikel 2.32, eerste lid, onder b 2e van de Aanbestedingswet) gegund aan Stichting Tijdelijk Noodfonds Energie (Stichting TNE), gevestigd te Den Haag. Stichting TNE is de enige partij die de Opdracht op basis van zowel aan de Opdrachtnemer te stellen eisen, als aan de uitvoering van de opdracht te stellen eisen en randvoorwaarden kan uitvoeren.
