Description

De doelstelling van deze opdracht is het contracteren van één deskundige opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van boominspecties, monitoring en boomtechnische advisering ten behoeve van het beheer van het gemeentelijke bomenbestand van gemeente Huizen. Met deze opdracht beoogt gemeente Huizen een professionele en duurzame samenwerking waarbij de opdrachtnemer actief bijdraagt aan veilig, gezond en toekomstbestendig bomenbeheer. Daarbij wordt gestuurd op betrouwbare beheerinformatie, risicogestuurd werken en continue verbetering van het bomenbeheer. De opdracht moet bijdragen aan: • het waarborgen van de veiligheid en gezondheid van het bomenbestand; • het verkrijgen van actuele en kwalitatief hoogwaardige inspectie- en beheerdata; • het leveren van onderbouwde beheer- en programmeringsadviezen; • het versterken van datagedreven en toekomstgericht bomenbeheer; • een professionele samenwerking gebaseerd op transparantie, kennisdeling en continue verbetering. Gemeente Huizen beheert circa 20.000 bomen binnen de openbare ruimte. Al deze bomen zijn onderverdeeld in vier deelgebieden (zie bijlage 10). De maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt €400.000,-
